Refund policy

Satisfied or refunded

Unused, unsterilized instruments can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Every return is inspected when it arrives, and refunds are issued once it's approved. After 30 days, we'll issue store credit to your account instead.

To start a return, contact us at orders@atitan.com or 716-667-9211 (Monday–Thursday, 7am–4:30pm ET). Defective instruments are covered by our warranty and will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
