I have used this elevator for years as my first elevator, and ususlly my only elevator, and ususlly the forecep only carries the extracted tooth out of the mouth!

Good for root tips. Treat everything like a root tip. With this, a bigger elevator, and a surgical drill to section teeth you can get everything out. Everything has roots.
